Using DeepWorker
Last updated 14 September 2026. DeepWorker is a free productivity service for planning meaningful work, following routines, and reviewing self-reported progress. Contact hello@deepworker.app with questions.
You stay in control
Your schedule is a tool, not an obligation to ignore your health, responsibilities, or emergencies. You decide which goals, routines, partners, and notifications to use. DeepWorker does not provide medical advice or guarantee particular results.
Your account and content
Use an account you are authorized to access. Keep sign-in access secure and only upload or connect information you have permission to use. You retain ownership of your content and allow DeepWorker to process it to provide the features you request.
Respectful use
Do not use the service to harass others, send unwanted invitations, access another person’s private records, distribute harmful files, or interfere with the service. Accountability requires the invited partner’s acceptance and should remain supportive.
Connected services and availability
Optional integrations depend on their providers’ permissions, availability, and terms. Changes may be delayed during an outage or await your review when a conflict occurs. Check important commitments in the authoritative calendar and keep exports of information you need independently.
Changes and leaving
The service may evolve. You can stop using it, disconnect integrations, export your data, or request account deletion through Settings. Material changes to these terms will be identified on this page and communicated through the app where appropriate.
